Denne raw farmhouse ale er lavet i samarbejde\u0003 med Robin Pearson fra Soundwaves\u0003 Brewing ltd. Urten er ukogt, g\u00e6ret med den originale hornindal kveik som eftersigende er h\u00f8stet p\u00e5 Terje\u00b4s (if you know, you know!) egen g\u00e5rd og re-fermenteret med nordens svar p\u00e5 fersken. Forskellen p\u00e5 denne kveik og den hornindal som man kan k\u00f8be hos de forskellige g\u00e6r producenter er at denne indeholder alverdens l\u00e6kre bakterier. I stedet for at bruge eneb\u00e6r buske s\u00e5 har vi valgt at re-fermentere den ukogte urt med nordens svar p\u00e5 fersken. Denne farmhouse er noget for sig selv. SK\u00c5L!
